Journey House Warrior Basketball
Grades 5 and 6 Our basketball is a program that provides an educational environment for its participants both on and off the court. The staff has developed a curriculum that teaches the players character development and life skills such as responsibility, goal setting, sportsmanship leadership, smart moves, team work, commitment, perserverance and no excuses. The program also emphasizes that academics come first and requires its players to participate in additional educational Journey House Youth Center programs such as College Careers, Esquires, Reading Scholars and Math Academy. |
