Youth Basketball

The Journey House basketball program represents some of the most talented players on the near Southside.  We participated in two Summer Stars programs sponsored by the MPS Recreation Department.  Our 13-15 year olds were crowned Summer Stars' Champions in their division and the 16-17-year olfs were second runner-ups in their division.  We had over 60 boys participate on both teams.

Many of them had never experienced tremendous growth from the beginning of the year until the year's end by working hard, being dedicated, attending tough practices, and by the continued mentoring and guidance of head coach, Terrence Maggit.
