Journey House PackersJourney House football has a strong focus on character development and life skills. Using the National Football League’s Junior Player Development Program (NFLJPD) as a model, the Journey House program emphasizes the need to build character and to develop life skills among its participants. From the first day of our annual camp, we use nine weekly themes for all of our participants to include the parents/guardians, family members and friends. The nine themes are: Responsibility, Goal Setting, Sportsmanship, Leadership, Smart Moves, Teamwork, Commitment, Perseverance and No Excuses.
