Workforce Readiness and Customer Service Training

Workforce Readiness is dedicated to connecting our participants with opportunities for finding sustainable employment.  Thanks to strong relationships with local employers, we are able to offer a wide selection of job openings.  The Customer Service Training Program (CSTP), offered monthly, helps students develop skills in building rapport, telephone etiquette, computer proficiency, and resume building.  The CSTP program provides practical job training for participants in preparation for employment in customer service.  These programs directly serve to increase employment and reduce poverty in the community.
