Journey House Athletic Alumni Association: The purpose of the association is to provide our members former athletes with resources, career counseling, information about college, technical schools, trade schools, apprenticeships, jobs, workforce development, the military, character & life skill development, dressing for success, financial counseling, camaraderie, and fellowship. Additionally, the program will be a vehicle for our former athletes to reach back and give back to current Journey House athletes. The idea is to have our college athletes mentor our high school athletes and our high school athletes mentor our 7th and 8th grade athletes. During the pandemic the group will meet once a month via zoom. When it’s safer to meet in person we will gather once a month at Journey House and via zoom for our members out of state. The group will meet year around to include the summer. As of now sessions will be held on Sunday evenings from 6:00 - 7:30 pm via zoom. |
