Journey House is one of two Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC) Financial Opportunity Centers (FOC) in Wisconsin, with 72 across the nation (and growing).
Financial Opportunity Centers (FOC) are career and personal financial service centers that help low to moderate income individuals increase their net worth. We encourage individuals to change financial behavior in a way that helps them to make a commitment to increasing income, reducing expenses, improving credit, and building assets. In the FOC's strategy, individuals and families receive a coordinated set of three services, financial coaching and education, career coaching, and better access to public benefits and tax credits.
